What is the Corporate Threads Challenge?

Official T-Shirt Design Contest of the Des Moines Corporate Games

The Corporate Threads Challenge invites employers and creative minds from participating companies to design the official event T-shirt worn by their employees as part of the 2026 Des Moines Corporate Games. These shirts will be seen by thousands of competitors across the metro!

This is your chance to showcase your company’s creativity, celebrate workplace pride, and leave your mark on one of Iowa’s largest corporate wellness events.

Who Can Participate

• Open to companies registered for the current year Corporate Games 

• Each participating company is allowed one submission

• The shirt should be your company's "official shirt" for the Corporate Games. 

Design Guidelines

• Design must represent the Corporate Games

• Design should include:

  • “Des Moines Corporate Games” or "Corporate Games" 
    • The Des Moines Corporate Games logo is available on the Admin Toolkit page. 

How to Enter

1. Company Administrators can email a picture of your design to the Des Moines Corporate Games Staff

2. Include a short description of your design inspiration if you wish

📅 Submission Deadline: July 1, 2026

Judging & Selection

Designs will be evaluated by a panel from the Iowa Sports Foundation based on:

• Creativity and originality

• Alignment with Corporate Games branding

• The t-shirt should be a new design and not used from a previous year although previous year shirts will be considered.

Finalists may be showcased publicly, with the winning design awarded at the Des Moines Corporate Games Awards Celebration
