How long will the track meet last?
Due to a unknown number of participants, it is difficult to produce a time schedule in advance. Estimated schedules are listed below. START TIMES ARE ONLY AN ESTIMATE! Participants should arrive in advance of the estimated times. Divisions 1, 3 and 4 are expected to finish by 5:00 pm. Divisions 2 and 5 are expected to finish around 9:00 pm.
ROSTER LIMIT
Companies are limited to two men and two women per age group per event (four men and four women for age 50+). Relays are coed and companies are limited to one team per relay event.COMPANY ROSTER INFORMATION

1:30 pm - 100 m Dash | Divisions 1, 3 and 4
2:45 pm - 400 m Dash | Division 1, 3, and 4
3:45 pm - 4 x 100 m Relay, then 4 x 400 m Relay | Division 1, 3 and 4
5:30 pm - 1600 m Run | Divisions 2 and 5
6:15 pm - 100 m Dash | Divisions 2 and 5
7:15 pm - 400 m Dash | Division 2 and 5
8:00 pm - 4 x 100 m Relay, then 4 x 400 m Relay | Divisions 2 and 5

Field events will be conducted in a "cafeteria style" format.
Participants will have 90 minutes to complete all three attempts - see above for time windows for each division
Warm ups will be allowed from Noon-12:30 p.m. and 5:00-5:30 pm. There may be time for warmups prior to each division time window, depending on the number of participants.
Shot implements will be provided. Men - 6kg (13.22 lbs) shot and Women - 3kg (6.61 lbs)
