This webinar will talk about the benefits of exercise on brain, muscle, and nerve activity and how it relates to work. It will also include how important balancing mental and physical health is. Jennifer Wagner has been a fitness specialist for more than 18 years, with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Iowa State University. She has experience working with children, adolesecents, working processionals, and older adults. Jennifer loves everything about wellness and how to live life to the fullest. This is included but not limited to Corporate Wellness and coaching.

Our Learn & Earn Webinars feature some outstanding experts in the world of health and wellness. The live version of the webinar will begin at 12:00 pm and is limited to the first 500 attendees. Each webinar will be around 20-30 minutes in length. The webinars can be watched at anytime, with-in one week of the posting date. If you are unable to view it live, you can view the recording once it is posted. The check-in for the live and recorded are the same link and posted above. In order to earn points, the webinar must be viewed by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 21.TIME
