TIME
Contactless Participant Check-InIf you would like to participate in the Duathlon you must complete the virtual check-in. It will be available between May 6 at 8:00am until May 15 at 12:00pm. No late or on-site check-ins will be allowed. Your race number and rack position will be emailed to you once the check-in window has closed. We plan to send those details out on May 17 by 7:00pm.

Packets with the timing chip will be placed in the participant's assigned spot in the transition area Sunday morning. More details will be released as we get closer to the event. Race details will be emailed out by 7:00pm on Friday, May 17 to those that checked in.
Des Moines Corporate Games participants MUST check in during the registration period.
*Race packets will be located in the transition at the participant’s bike spot. No formal check-in will take place on-site.
Transition area: Open from 6:00 – 7:30 am on Sunday morning.
Mandatory pre-race meeting: In the transition area at 7:45 am.
Competition: Begins at 8:00 am
ROSTER LIMIT
Company participation is unlimited. Participants must choose between individual or team. They are not able to do both.Two competition options are available for the duathlon:
Individual Competition - Participant will compete in all three events (run, bike, run)
Team Competition - Three individuals from the same company choose to run, bike, or run. Times for each portion are combined into a team time. Teams can compete with two members if desired. There are mens, womens, and coed options divisions for the team events. At least one female participant is required for each coed team.
ELIGIBILITY
Des Moines Corporate Games participants must be regular employees (full or part-time), interns or retirees of companies registered for the Des Moines Corporate Games. Family and friends (Non-DMCG participants) who wish to compete may register and pay through the Iowa Games. CLICK HERE for more information. Non-DMCG participants do not count towards company points.COMPETITION INFORMATION
This is an open course event, meaning participants must share the road with traffic. For safety, helmets must be worn during the cycling portion of the competition and no headphones/iPods will be allowed on any part of the course. Participants should leave their running shoes in the transition area.Course will consist of the following:
5K Run, 20K Bike, 5K Run
